RE: 520 Wyckoff Road
REPORT: A zoning permit application has been received to change the use of an existing single
family home into a sorority, which is an allowable use, subject to Site Plan Review by
the Planning Board as required by the Village of Cayuga Heights Local Law #2 of 1992.
It should be noted that no new addition/construction is proposed in conjunction with the
requested change in occupancy.
Therefore, a public hearing has been scheduled for 7:00 pm on September 28, 2015 at
the Village Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY to consider public comments on this
new use. The following is a list of property owners within 200’ of the applicant’s property
that will receive a copy of this report by mail:
