ZONING OFFICER'S REPORT
NOVEMBER 1968
I. A letter was sent to the Village Green Shopping Center Inc. for zoning
violation of constructing a storage died in back of their property without
securing a zoning permit and without securing an occupancy permit.
II. Verbal notification and a letter has been sent to Mr. John D. MacLean
for zoning violation at his property on Iroquois Road. The house under
construction is higher than twenty -five feet as prescribed by the Village
Zoning Ordinance for the residential district.
III. During the month of November four zoning permits were issued for an
estimated amount of $40,140 of new construction and additions.
