Subject: Police Department report for November, 1968
Gentlemen:
During the month of November 1968, the Police Department
handled 55 complaints and 11 reported motor vehicle accidents. The
• Department issued 95 uniform traffic summonses and 54 parking tickets.
Sergeant McEwen and Patrolman Darling attended the monthly
meeting of the Tompkins County Civil Defense Auxiliary Police. The
officers presented a talk on the operations of the Village Police
Department and utilized the Sight and Sound Projector for instruction
in traffic control.
Please find attached to the monthly report a copy of the
traffic count survey conducted by the Department for the month of
October.
