VOTED to approve minutes of meeting held January 9, 1967 previously furnished to
Trustees in mimeographed form, also
VOTED to correct minutes of November 14, 1966 under Engineer's Report regarding:
numbering of lots on North Sunset Drive to read as follows: "Numbers have been
assigned to five lots between the Hilda Smith property'and the Cottrell property
on the north on North Sunset Drive."
VOTED to approve Abstract of Audited Vouchers dated February 13, 1967 in the
following amounts: ''.

Mayor Marcham reported that we had been advised by the State Board of Equalization
and Assessment that our equalization rate is 50% for the year 1966. .
He also advised the Board of the status of our claim against the state which'began
January 19 and was adjourned on January 27; 1967. The case has now been set to
come up again in June.
Mayor Marcham presented the bill of National Home Consulting Services, Rodman
Fellows, for serving as witness for the Village in .the amount of $881.35•
RF,SOLUTION 1035 - RODMAN FELLOWS BILL

VOTED resolved to accept for payment the bill of National Home Consulting Servicy1,
Mr. R. N. Fellows in the amount of $881.35 in connection with, the Village claim,
against the State of New York.. .
Mayor Marcham read a letter from O'Brien & Gere which among other items requested .
payment -$110 per day be paid to their.representative Dennis Moran while in Court.

The Mayor, reporting for the Committee. appointed by the Board of Trustees to inter-
view and select a consulting engineer for the conversion of our sewage treatment
plant for secondary treatment, stated they recommended that the Board engage Teetor
& Dobbins for this purpose. .There was a discussion of infiltration cost.
RESOLUTION,1036 - TEETOR & DOBBINS
VOTED to authorize the Mayor to carry on negotiations with Teetor and Dobbins
Consulting Engineers of Ronkonkoma, (L.I.).New York regarding the position of
Consulting Engineers on Secondary Treatment for our Sewage Treatment Plant.
RESOLUTION 1037 - NOMINATING COMMITTEE
VOTED resolved to appoint the following residents to serve on the Nominating Com-

RESOLUTION 1038 - INSPECTORS OF ELECTION
VOTED resolved to authorize the Mayor to appoint the Inspectors of Election.
RESOLUTION 1039 - AVERY GENTLE SEWER CHARGES
VOTED to authorize the Mayor to negotiate with Avery Gentle regarding sewer charges
still against his property at 702 -704 Triphammer Road.
RESOLUTION 1040 - GREATER ITHACA REGIONAL PLANNING BOARD
VOTED to express appropriate thanks to the Greater Ithaca Regional Planning Board
for the Summary Report on the five street intersection at Community Corners
presented'to the Village of Cayuga Heights Board of Trustees, and also resolved
to request the Greater Ithaca Regional Planning Board to go forward with addi-
tional study referred to in their report on Page 3.
The Summary Report is on file in the Village Office.
RESOLUTION 1041.- SIDEWALK•DISTRICT.PUBLIC HEARING
VOTED that a Public Hearing be scheduled on March 13, 1967 at 7 :00 P.M. to consider
a petition fora sidewalk district to be.known as Northeast Cayuga Heights Side-
walk District and to.request the Village Attorney to draft a resolution.on the
formation of this District.
VOTED to authorize the Mayor to appointea committee to examine use charges for
sewer and water charges in and out of the Village.,

Police Chief George gave his report for January and it is on file in the Village
Office.
Report was given on electric and gas meters in Police Headquarters at Corners.
There is a separate electric meter but the gas meter serves the entire second
floor. It wae'suggested this matter be discussed further with Mr. Heasley.
Corners Community Center, Inc. requested that the Village of Cayuga Heights under-
take the regulation of traffic at the Shopping Center and the enforcement of such
regulations pursuant to Section 1640 -a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State.
After discussion the above matter was turned over to the Village Attorney for his
consideration and later presentation to the Board.
Fire Councilman read his report for the month of January and it is on file in the
Village Office.
At this time the Clerk reported on bids received for 24 transistorized receivers
and Tone Encoder Console.
VOTED to accept the low bid of $3,300.00 received from Tone Alerting System on
24 transistorized receivers dnd Tone Encoder Console. Delivery-to be made in 60
days from date of order.

Outfall damage suit.

RESOLUTION 1046 - APPOINTMENT'.= ':BERT J. TRUAX
VOTED to authorize'the.appointment of Bert J. Truax as Working Road Foreman at'
$5,000 per annum payable bi- weekly -- appointment to be provisional.
RESOLUTION 1047 - TRUCK PURCHASE
VOTED to authorize purchase of Collins used truck subject to obtaining further
informati6n regarding age of.vehicle etc. (expert advise as to condition) $4,000
