RESOLUTION,625 — 1965 ASSESSMENT.ROLL
VOTED resolved to consider the transfers of real property that occurred
from January 1,, 1964. through December 31,'1964 as the.first step.in,
preparing the 1965 assessment roll.

Transfers of real property were reviewed and assessments placed on
properties that had been sold (and /or properties effected by such sales
in the Village) on the following roads:
Cayuga Heights Road
Cayuga Park Road
Comstock Road
Country Club Road
Dearborn Place
East Upland Road
Hanshaw Road
Highgate Road
Highland Park Lane
Highland Road
Klinewoods Road
Midway Road
North Sunset Drive
North Triphammer Road
Oak Hill Road
Overlook Road
Randolph Road
RESOLUTION 626 - NEXT ASSESSMENT DATE
VOTED resolved to reconvene on Tuesday, January 5, 1965 at 7:00 P.M.
to continue the assessing of the village properties for the 1965
' assessment roll.

Properties in the Village on which building permits had been issued
during 1964 were reviewed and assessed.
RESOLUTION 627 - AUTHORIZATION TO MAYORo ZONING
OFFICER AND CLERK
VOTED resolved to authorize the Clerkp Zoning Officer and Mayor to make
appropriatd,:.adjustments on properties which had a "partial" assessment
as of January 1, 1964 and complete the assessment roll.
RESOLUTION 628 - APPROVED CONTINUANCE OF 1964
VETERANS EXEMPTIONS
VOTED resolved to continue Veterans' Exemptions from real property taxes
as last appeared on the assessment roll. .
RESOLUTION 629, - ,AUTHORIZATION TO CLERK AND ENGINEER
VOTED resolved to authorize the Clerk and Engineer to review and to set
sewer units appropriate to individual properties according to evidence
of use during the year 1964.
