RESOLUTION 641 - REGULAR MEETING VOTED resolved to hold regular meeting on February 15, 1965 at,7:30 P -M- RESOLUTION 642 - PUBLIC HEARING VOTED resolved'to authorize the Clerk to publish notice and set date.of Public Hearing to consider changing the zoning ordinance from residential to multiple housing that tract of land lying on the west side of Pleasant Grove Road, bounded on the south by Cornell owned property, zoned multiple housing, on the north by Pleasant Grove Cemetery and on the west by E. Laurence and Katherine M. Palmer known as 701 Triphammer Road; Village Storage Yard and Frances W. Lauman, known as 128 Sheldon Road. Meeting adjourned at 10:55 P.M. 1/18/65 Vera W. Sovocool RESOLUTION 643 AMENDMENT ARTICLE XIII- ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS - SECTION 1 VOTED resolved to adopt the proposed amendment to Article XIII Acceptance of Streets Section 1 in the followj2ng form:. No street will be accepted by the Village until all sever., water, and gas mains to be laid within the right -of -way, are installed; and until all sewer, water, and gas laterals or sleeves for laterals that . are.to be laid under the shoulder or paved.wearing surface of the road are installed; and until all grading,.ditching, placing of culverts, base gravel, and wearing surface to provide a finished road is completed to the satisfaction of the Board of Trustees or their representative. The effective date of this law to be February 15, 1965• RESOLUTION 644 - ADOPT LOCAL LAW NUMBER ONE OF 1965 VOTED resolved to adopt Local Law Number One of 1965 as follows: VILLAGE OF CAYUGA HEIGHTS Local Law No. One of the year 1965 A local law providing for•public notices relating to adoption of local Be it enacted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights as follows: Section 1. No local law shall be adopted by the board of trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights until a public hearing has been held thereon in its final,form before such board of trustees not less than three nor more than thirty days after public notice has been given of the time and place of the holding of such. public hearing., Such notice shall be given by the Village Clerk by causing the same to be published once in the official newspaper of the village.. Such notice shall . contain the title of the proposed local law and a brief explanatory statement thereof. 2/1/65 I Section 2, The Village Clerk shall cause to be printed or otherwise reproduced copies of such proposed local law and shall, not later than the day such notice is published, post one such copy together with the notice of hearing in a conspicuous place in his office and shall also make copies of such proposed local law available at his office for inspection by and distribution to any interested person during business hours. Section 3. The Village Clerk shall, within ten days following the adoption of a local law by the Board of Trustees, post a copy thereof in a conspicuous place in his office and shall also cause the local law or an abstract thereof describing the same in general terms, to be published in the official newspaper of the village. The local law so published to take effect within five days following publication unless a different time shall be prescribed therein. Section 4. Proof of publication of the notice of public hearing required by section 1 hereof and proof of the posting and publication required by section 3 hereof shall be filed in the office of the Village Clerk. Section 5. Each local law shall be numbered consecutively beginning with number one for each calendar year. When a local law is finally adopted, and certified copies thereof are required by section twenty - seven of the municipal home rule law to be filed in the offices of the village clerk, the state comptroller, and the secretary of state, the village clerk shall accordingly assign to such local law its appropriate number. Section 6. This local law shall take effect immediately. The effective date of this law is February 15, 1965. Meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M. 2/1/65 � —F. G. Marcham Mayor A. PUBLIC HEARING was held in the Village Hall on February 8, 1965 for the purpose of hearing all interested persons for or against a proposed change in Village Zoning Ordinances in regard to extending the Multiple Housing District to the north on the west side of Pleasant Grove Road to the south line of Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
