Mayor Marcham advised the Board that the ceiling of $509OOO, placed on Village
residences in the past no longer applied since a number of properties had been
sold for more than this ceiling during the year.
Sitting as a Board of Assessors, properties which were sold'during the period
from January 1, 1963 through December 31, 1963 on the following streets, were
reviewed and assessed:
Berkshire Road Highgate Place Oak Hill Place
Cayuga Heights Road Highgate Road Overlook Road
Comstock Road Highland Road, Plea'sant,Grove Road
Country Club Road Klineswood Road Randolph Road
East Remington Road Midway Road Texas lane
