The Trustees sitting as the Board of Assessor, s fixed real property, average
width.of lot and sewer units assessments for the 1961 Village Tax Rolls for all
properties having addressess on the following steeets:
Berkshire Road Country Club Load
Brook Lane. Dearborne Phce
Cayuga Heights Road Devon Road
Cayuga Park Circle East Remington Road
Cayuga Park Road East Shore Drive
Comstock Road East Upland Road .
Corson Place Forest Drive
Meeting Adjourned at 10:25 P.M. and reconvened as the Board of Trustees.
Mayor Marcham reported on the proposed city action to make Needham Place and
Kline Road inaccessible to through traffic in an effort to reduce traffic
hazards for school children. It was unanimously
' VOTED that pursuant to the authority granted to his by the Board of Trustees
from the ordinances of the Village of Cayuga Heights, the Police Commissioner
shall hereby estabolish the following Experimental Regulation:
Through motor vehicle traffic shall be excluded from the entire length of
Kline Hoad and Needham Place within the Village of Cayuga Heights. Such exclus-
ion of through vehicular traffic shall not be construed to prevent access and
egress by residents of properties bordered by said streets or to prevent the
pickup and delivery of merchandise or such other services as may be rendered
from motor vehicles to public utilities located within said streets or to prop-
erties or residents of properties bordered by said streets.
Through motor vehicle traffic shall be construed as any motor vehicle which in
the course of traversing the length of said streets neither originates or
terminates on said streets.
Violation of this experimental regulation shall constitute a traffic infraction.
Penalty for violation of this experimental regulation shall be affixed by the
Village Police Justice.
This experimental regulation shall bd-come effective when signs advising "NO
THROUGH TRAFFIC" are in.place and shall continue in effect for a period of
ninety days.
