Village Office, 194 Pleasant Grove Road, Ithaca, New York on January 4, 1960 at
7:30 P.M.

Mayor Marcham asked for suggestions for a replacement for T. F. Sharp who
has represented the Village on the Greater Ithaca Regional Planning Board for
the last three years.
VOTED to request the Mayor to ask the following residents in the order given
to serve on the Greater Ithaca Regional Planning Board as the representative of
the Village:
Barlow Fleck, 111 Berkshire Road '
Albert M Hillhouse, 120 Sunset Drive
Robert T. Dean, 109 Highgate Place
Mayor March= reported on a meeting w•ith'the Greater Ithaca Regional Plan-
ning Board and town representatives,•called to talk about the location of a
road from Triphammer Road due east to Warren Road across University property.
No decisions were reached.
VOTED to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
The Board of Trustees reconvened as the Board of Assessors at 8:00 P.M. to
consider real property assessments. Properties from George and Janice B. Abbott
through Trevor R. and Muriel Cuykendall were assessed.
Recessed at 10:40 P.M. to reconveve at 7:00 P.M. on January 6, 1960.
