Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees held January 59 1959
at the Village Office at 7:30 P.M.

VOTED to pay additional compensation in the amount of $83.38 to Charles H. Newman
for his services as Village Attorney during the period of 6/1/58 - 12/31/58.
VOTED to adopt a resolution to amend the minutes of .9/19/58 to include the
Following resolution as read by the Clerk: .
VOTED approval'of the sewer roll in the aggregate amounts of $1,064050
for land assessment; 789224 feet for average width of lot; and 875.05
units for sewer use rental; and further, approval of the individual
appor;tionments totalling the above mentioned aggregate amounts, and
ordered the so'completed sewer roll to be filed with the Village Clerk.
To provide for individual charges on the basis of the approved apportionment,
it was,
VOTED RESOLVED, that the amount of $33.762.70 be levied for special assess-
ment fund sewers, comprised of $6,38.4.30 on land assessment and $27,378.40 .
on average width of lot assessment; that $39,677.25 be levied for sewer use
rental plus $225.00, charges omitted in 57 -5% as these items have been'
verified by the sewer charge committee; that the Clerk extend upon the
sewer charge roll the individual charges as computed from the individual
property apportionments totalling the amounts noted above, and to turn the
thus completed roll over to the Treasurer.
To provide for collection of the sewer levy, it was
VOTED RESOLVED, that the Treasurer.dollect the individual charges as
provided on the sewer charge roll, with penalties as previously approved
for delinquent payment.

VOTED to notify all property owners of the 1959 Village assessment,.requirements for
filing'complaints and the date o£.the 1959 Grievance Day, 2/17/59.
VOTED to adjourn at 7 :45 P.M.
The Board of Trustees reconvened as the Board of Assessors at 7:45 P.M, to consider
real property assessments. Properties from David M. & Rosemary.B. Abbott through
Trevor R. & Muriel Cuykendall were assessed.
Recessed at 11 P.M. to reconvene at 17:30 P.M. on January 4,1959,
