Marcham Trustees T..E. Norton J. F. O'Connor J. H. Simpson %H. H. Williams Engineer Carl Crandall' Treasurer F. M. Upchurch Attorney C. H. Ne:mman 1. - VOTED to approve the minutes of the special meeting hold May'29� 1958 and the regular meeting held June 10, 1958 previously distributed in mimeographed form to the Trustees. 2. VOTED to approve payment of bills per schedules 2 -A, 2 -G, 2 -II -WI and 2 -S. 3. Mayor Marcham read a letter dated June 20, 1958 from-the Chairman'of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Sherwood Holt, concerning the J. J. Wanderstock case. A discussion of the case and the principals involved followed. The Mayor brought up the subject of Mr. Walter C. Heasley's proposed motel in the commercial zone of the Corners Con-ttunity Center and it was thoroutHly discussed by the Board of Trustees. • VOTED to notify Mr. Heasley that the Board has considered his presentation on June 10 of a program for building a motel at the Community Corners and has obtained an informal opinion from the Zoning Board of Arrralsj whose members have , made a special stud, of such matters. Attorney Newman reported that his search for a definition of the term "Residential Club "•revealed many indirect descriptions but nothing that would directly apply to the term as it appears in our Village Zoning Ordinances. 5. Lezier & Company's letter, of June 17 concerning acceptance of sewage for treatment from a proposed Hcnwick HeiShts Serer District, was read to the Board. The Clerk was instructed to inform Lozier & Company that the Village should accept sewage for treatment from the Renwick Heights District if it were formed and that tl:e c::argcs would depend upon costs as they existed at the time. The Village Engineer estimateri cost would not exceed 55100 per family per year. VOTED to extend for an additional 15 days - July 15, 1958 - the deadline for the connection of sewer laterals of 1) H.P. Michels 2) Guiseprc Cocconi 3) George Raleigh 4) Blanchard Hideout Also VOTED to extend the deadline for securing a septic tank permit for Mis> Hilda Smith for an additional 15 days.
