Campbell Louise M. Catherwood James F. O'Connor T.F.Sharp H. H. Williams Treasurer F. M. Opchurdh Engineer Carl Crandall 1. -The following bills were approved for payment - see Schedule 2- A,•2 -G and 2 -S. 2. Trustees VOTED that the proposed "Final Sewer Notice" be approved and sent out. 3. After discussion, it was VOTED to adopt the "Outline Memo -Sewer Charges 1957-58" as rewritten July 1, 1957 • C3.-c 4. Pond & Moyer letter of June 17, 1957 discussed and it was VOTED that the work set forth therein and the contract of $1,000 dated April 6,1957 be approved subject to checking with Professor Guise. 5. The Treasurer's report was handed out and reviewed. The Treasurer came in at this point and asked for opinions on the new form of reporting. The Trustees agreed that it was more comprehensible than the other method, but more work to pre - pare. They suggested that the report be prepared in this form once a quarter. The Treasurer's report was approved. The Trustees VOTED that a transfer of.$50 be made from the Contingent Account G- 290 -650 to Social Security Contribution G -290 -633. The balances as of June 30,1957 were: General Fund $67,164.91 Sewer Fund 4,348.24 Capital Fund - Sewer 827.34 6. Trustees VOTED to authorize the Clerk to emplyy Mrs. Quinlan to do such additional office work as may be necessary, to get the work current. 7. The Engineer proposed and the trustees agreed that the record should show how many permits have been issued to date and the number•of inspections. 172 permits have been issued of which 06 have been inspected. He informed the Trustees that while Mr. Lewis is away for three weeks-; ___� T. G. Miller, Jr. will be in charge of sewer project and will train Harold Cornelius to make inspections of,laterals, so that Cornelius may become the permanent inspector. He suggested the Village Hall be connected to the sewer and that the Clerk be authorized to get prices from several contractors, stipulating iron pipe with lead joints shall be used.
