Randel Village Clerk Minutes of Annual Meeting of the Residents of the Village of Cayuga Heights. held on Monday, March 18, 1957 at 8:00 P.M, at,the Schoolhouse.`Auditorium. PRESENT: About 35 village residents and officials, 1. Duly nominated from the floor, Mayor Marcham and Clerk.Randel were named Chairman and Secretary of the meeting. 2.
