on April 2, 1956 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Office, 903 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, N.Y.
PRESENT: Mayor Frederick G. Miarcham; Trustees Louise M. Catherwood, Theo F.
Sharp, James R. Simpson and Harold H. Williams; Police Commissioner Lowell T. George;
Httorney Charles H. Newman and Clerk Randal.
1. No residents of the Village appeared at the Public Hearing
2. No recommendations for change in the budget were made. .
3. IT WAS VOTED to submit the amended tentative budget to-the Trustees for
adoption.
4. Adjourned at 8:00 P.M.

1956 at 10:00 A.M. on Klinewoods Road near Midway Road, pursuant to a call by Mayor !
Marcham. Members notified by telephone the previous day.

F. O'Connor and T.F'• Sharp; Engineer Carl Crandall; Christensen
Treasurer F. M. Upchurch;
sewer project engineers, H. M. Gifft andTaylor D. Lewis; former mayor Henry J.
Shirey; County Health Department representative Mr, Guest; job superintendent for
A. Plotzker Company, Inc., Mr. Claude Glenn and press representatives,.
1. To commetlorate the beginning of the work.by the contractor .for the sewer ,
extension project, the Mayor invited the Village.Board and other officers to appear
and witness the near M f the work of sewer laying, by A. Plotzker Company, Inc., on
Klinewoods Road near Midway Road. Pictures were taken-by the press representatives.
