The application indicated that he had paid $2,500 for.the lot at 102 Brook Lane, that the certificate was good for the maximum limit of.$5,000.,and that the $1,400. asses6ed against.this property should be reduced to zero beeause.of his exemption status. IT WAS.VOTED that John C. Gebhard be granted a bonus`:' exemption in the amount of :451000 and that the. assessment of $1,400 on his property at 102 Brook.Lane.be reduced by the amount C� 67 of $1,400. 4. IT WAS VOTED WHEREAS: The Village.Board of Cayuga Heights, acting as assessors of,the said Village.according to a resolution.nreviously adopted, have prepared an - assessment roll for 1951 and filed it in.duplica.te.with the Clerk of the Village prior to November lst, 1950, and WHEREAS: The Clerk caused `a notice "to,bd, published in the official newspaper of the Village and posted in five conspicuous places ".in the Village before November 8,.1950 a notice that the 1D51 assessment roll was filed at his residence, 102 Nortliway Road, Cayuga.Heights,. New York; where it might be seen until November 21, 1950.•and WHEREAS: On the said .2lst "day "of November a Grievance Day was held and the said Board met from 7'P.M. unti1;11 P.M. on the: said day, one person appearing,.and changes made as disclosed in the minutes, of the said Board, now therefore be it RESOLVED: that .the aaid assessment roll as now prepared and verified with the assessorl.s oath be now completed, verified and ordered filed with the Clerk,'in the total amount,of "y$3,222,414 which includes land and buildings, less exemptions as per ' column 12 of the assessment roll.
