" MINUTES of the adjourned meeting of October 18, 1949
of the Village Board held on October 19, 1949 at the office of
Engineer Crandall at 7:30 P.M.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor
C. I. Sayles, Trustee
W. S. Randel, Trustee
L. C. Kent, Trustee
Sherwood Holt, Trustee
C. H. Guise, Treasurer
Carl Crandall, Engineer
H. J. Shirey, Police Justice
1. IT WAS VOTED to approve the payment of $2,909 to
August Alby as partial payment for his services in constructing
curbs, gutters, and sidewalks on Northway and Triphammer Roads.
2. The Board of Trustees, meeting as a Board'of Assessors,
considered each property separately, completed the Village
Assessment Roll for the year 1950 and filed the roll with
' the Clerk.
3. The time set for the next meeting was on Grievance
Day,'November 15, 1949, from 7 P.M. until 11 P.M. in the
schoolhouse.
4. The meeting was adjourned,-at 11 :45 P.M.
