MINUTES of a special meeting of the Village Board held
on Monday, October 20, 1947 at 8 P.M. at the office of
Trustee Shirey-.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor
H. J. Shirey, Trustee
W. S. Randal, Trustee
L. C. Kent, Trustee
C. I. Bayles, Trustee
C. H. Guise, Treasurer
Carl Crandall, Engineer
1. The Board of Trustees, meeting as a Board of
Assessors, after considering each property separately,
completed the Village Assessment Roll for the year 1948 and-
filed the roll with the Clerk.
2. The time set for the next meeting was on Grievance
Day, November 18, 1947, from-? P.M. until 11 P.M. in the
schoolhouse.
3. The meeting was adjourned at 12 :15 A.M.
