Kenerson, Mayor H. J. Shirey, Trustee Sherwood Holt, Trustee W. S. Randel, Trustee C. I. Sayles, Trustee C. H. Guise, Treasurer Carl Crandall, Engineer 1. Engineer Crandall brought up again the problem surrounding the possible installation of sewers from the ?apish lot to the nearest sewage connection. He reported that this work would cost around $1500 and at the present time sewer pipe was unavailable. He reported that Mrs. Cicchetti had inquired ae to whether the Village would be willing to assume any of the cost of the sewer connection and if she might install septic tanks in view of-the Impossibility of completing the sewer connection at this time. IT WAS VOTED that septic tanks would not be permitted on the Papieh lot and-that the Village in fairness to other taxpayers could not assume any of the cost of the sewer connection. 2. The Engineer reported that Mrs. Cicchetti had inquired regarding water connections and sewage disposal on a lot on the Water Tank Road east of Triphammer Road. IT WAS VOTED that in case Mrs. Cicchetti constructed -a house on this.lot she might have water connection at the usual fee of $75 and that she might build a septic tank for sewage disposal inasmuch as this lot Is not in the Village and is far enough away from the Village line so that it was unlikely that a septic tank would affect the Village, provided however that the septic tank must be constructed under the supervision of and with the approval ' of the Engineer. 3. The Engineer reported that lights were off in a certain aection of the Village for four hours on Sunday night, October 20th, 128 due to difficulty with a transformer, but that the Elec. & Gas Corporation had been very cooperative in repairing the transformer as quickly as possible.
