Tuesday, June 18, 1946, in the office of Trustee Shirey, Savings
Bank Building.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor
H. J. Shirey, Trustee
Sherwood Holt, Trustee
1. IT WAS VOTED to adopt the following resolution:
Resolution by Trustee Shirey
Seconded by Trustee Holt
WHEREAS, under the provisions of subdivision 7 of Section
54 of the State Finance Law, as added by Chapter 301 of the Laws
of 1946 and as amended by Chapter 307 of the Laws of 1946, this
Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights, is authorized
to exercise an option to have its 111944 shared tax revenue ",
computed upon the basis of the calendar year 1944, and
WHEREAS, this Board of *Trustees is of the opinion that the
interests of this village would be best served by the exercise
of such option, be it
RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cayuga
Heights, New-York, as follows, to wit:
Section 1. That the Village of.Cayuga Heights should and
hereby does elect to have its 111944 shared tax revenue" computed
upon the basis of the calendar year 1944, as provided in
subdivision 7 of Section 54 of the State Finance Law..'
Section 2. That all resolutions or'parts of resolutions
heretofore adopted by this Board of Trustees in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.,
