1. On this date.the Board. of Trusteee`eat for four houre.from
'5 P.M. unt11.9.P.M. as a.Board of Assessors to.hear grievances and
complaints•with , regard'to the assessment "roll as prepared by them
for the;.year.1946, and.av filed.with the. Village Clerk on. :.Oct. 23,
1945
2. ,domplaints,were received from.,the following::
a) Prof H. B. Meek regarding the :assessment' on hie
property. at 422 Highland'Road
Bounded N - Hillside Drive i

W = Overlook.Road
The claimant appeared im person to object to the
assessment of 420,100.
eACTION:
IT WAS VOTED to decrease the house assessment of
Prof. Meek from 017,100 to 4120000, making his total.assessment
$15,000. b}
b) Mrs. Harriet M. Libby regarding the assessment on her
properties at 206 and 202 Overlook Road.and`103 Henshaw Road

The claimant objected by letter to.the assessment of 028,000.
ACTION: No change was made.
3. IT WAS VOTED, WHEREAS: The Village Board.of Cayuga Heights,
acting as assessors of the said Village according to'a resolution
previously.adopted, have prepared an assessment.roll.for 1946 and
filed it in duplicate with the Clerk of the.Village prior.to .
November let, 1945 and
WHEREAS: The Clerk caused a notice to be'. published,. in.the official
'
newspaper of the Village,and posted in five conspicuous places in
the Village before November 8, :1945 a notice that.the 1946.
assessment roll was filed at his residence, 102 Northway Road,
Cayuga Heights, New York, where it might be seen until November 20,
1945 and

WHEREAS; On the said 20th day of November a Grievance Day was
held and the said Board met from 5 P.M. until 9 P.M. on the said
day, two persons appearing and changes .made as disclosed in the 1
minutes of the said Board, now therefore be it
RESOLVED that the said assessment roll as now prepared and
verified with the assessor's oath be now completed, verified'arid
ordered filed with the Clerk, in the total amount of ¢3,074,037.
