MINUTES of a special meeting of the Village Board held on
Tuesday, October 23, 1945, at 7 P.M. in the'Schoolhouse.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor '
W. S. Randel, Trustee
Sherwood Holt, Trustee
C.. H. -Guise, Treasurer
Carl Crandall, Engineer
1. The Board of Trustees, meeting as a Board of Assessors,
after considering each property separately, completed the Village
Assessment Roll for the'year 1946 and filed the roll with the Clerk.
2. The time set for the next meeting was on Grievance Day,
November 20, 1945, from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. in the Schoolhouse.
3• The meeting was adjourned at 10 :30 P.M. ,
