Kensrson, Mayor ' H. J. Shirey, Trustee Sherwood Holt, Trustee C. I. Sayles; Trustee W.15. Randel., Trustee C. H. Guise,.Treasurer Carl Crandall, Engineer 1. The minutes of the:October let and October 23rd,,meetings were read and approved with the following correction : -:Item 6, page 82, last.sentence should read :, "The•Engineer said he investigated the application and'determined.that,inasmuch as the construction was to be done on a private lane. the .Village.2oning.Ordinance relating to the setback of buildings from the.'street did not apply.'.in this.case." 2.' Mayor Kenerson reported that he had received a letter from Mr. Newman objecting to the fact that the Village workmen were dumping brush on the sand bank property on Wyckoff Road, owned by the Cayuga Heights Land Corporation. The Engineer reported that he had already instructed the workmen to dump no more brush at this spot, and the Clerk was requested to notify Mr. Newman, and also Prof. Burckmyer and Mr. Kulp regarding the instructions given the Village workmen. 5• The Treasurer reported a balance on November 1st of 98,974.59 with unpaid accounts amounting�to 0184.50.. 6. IT WAS VOTED, RESOLVED: Pursuant to the Village Law of 'the State of New York, Section.126a, that the Treasurer is-hereby required to return his warrant and tax roll to the Board of . Trustees at their next meeting or at least before Feb. let, together with an account of the taxes remaining due, containing a description of the lands upon which such taxes were unpaid as the same were placed upon the tax list together with the amount of tax so assessed and interest thereon,,verified by oath before any justice of the peace or judge of a court of record or notary public or any other officer authorized to administer oaths that the taxes mentioned in any such account remain unpaid and that after diligent efforts he has been unable to collect the same, 7. The Engineer recommended that the Village take out 9050 deductible collision insurance on the new truck, due to the heavy expense that might be involved for repairs in case the truck met with damage. IT WAS VOTED that this insurance be placed with McKinney Agency. B. IT WAS VOTED that the Clerk obtain printed copes of the Civil Service payroll form as revised, at a cost of'approximately 06. 9. The next meeting was set for January 7th at 7;30 P.M. and upon Invitation of Trustee,Shirey it will be held at his home at 106 Northway Road. 10. Adjourned.at 9 :20 P.M. Clerk.
