MINUTES of'a regular meeting of the Village Board held on
Tuesday, Nov. 219 191►4 at 7 :30 P.M. in the Schoolhouse.

were read and•approved:

4. Treasurer Guise reported a.cash balance as of Nov..lst in
the amount of 411,689.24 and stated that the account s receivable
amounted to $426.50. He said

6. IT WAS VOTED, RESOLVED: Pursuant to the Village Law
of the State of New York, Section 126a, that the Treasurer is
hereby required to return his warrant and tax roll to the Board
of Trustees at their next meeting or at least before Feb. let,
together with an-account of the taxes remaining -due; containing -
a description of the lands upon which such taxes were unpaid
as the same were placed upon the tax list together with the amount
of tax so assessed and interest thereon, verified by oath before
any justice of the peace or judge of a court-of record or notary
public or any other officer authorized to administer oaths that the
taxes mentioned in any such account remain unpaid and that after
diligent efforts he has been unable to collect the same.
7. A petition signed by the residents of Parkway Place '
was presented; which requested the Village to take over the
maintenance of Parkway Place. Due to possible legal compl }cations
Trustee Shirey was requested to look into the matter and make a
report at the next-meettngr
8. A report from-Mr. Newman; President-of the-Board--of,
Education, to Mayor Kenerson regarding the action-taken by the
School Board in connection with the recent breaking of windows
in the schoolhouse-was-presented and as no action seemed necessary
on the part of the Village the report was ordered filed.
9. The next meeting was scheduled for January 8th at 7:30 P.M.
at the home of Trustee Sayles.
