MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Village Board held on .
Tuesday, October.17, 1944, at 7:00 P.M. in the office.of
Trustee Shirey.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor

1. IT WAS VOTED that Police Officer VanZile.be retained .
for full -time work beginning November 1, 1944, at'a salary of
?1,400 per,year and with a car-expense allowance of $600.per. ye ar. .
2: The Board of Trustees; meeting as a Board of Assessors,.
after considering each property separately,:completed the.
Village Assessment Roll for the year 1945 and filed the xpll:with
the Clerk.
3. The next meeting was set for November 21st at 7 :30 P.M.
in the Schoolhouse. Grievance Day will be held from 5 :00 .P.M.
to 9:00 P.M. on'the same day.
4. The meeting was adjourijed at '10 :15 P.M.
