MINUTES of a regular meeting of.the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Cayuga Heights held on Monday, March 20, 1944.
at 7 :00 P.M. in the Schoolhouse.

1. The minutes of the meeting of.Feb. 7th.were read and
approved.

5. Police Commissioner Crandall reported .that.he had received
a complaint from Trustee Sayles regarding speeding.on Triphammer.
Road and that an investigation had been made with::the,result'.that
three persons had been apprehended and warned:..
6. The Board appointed C. H. Guise. and J. B. Tr,ousdale as
inspectors of election at the election to-be held,on March 21, 1944
from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. in the Schoolhouse. ..
7. The annual meeting of the Board of'Trustees was set for
April 3rd at 7 :30 P.M. at the schoolhouse.
8. The.budget hearing was set for April 3rd at the schoolhouse
from'8 P.M. to 9,P.M.
9. Adjourned at 7:55 P.M. so that the Trustees could attend
the:annual meeting.of:the residents of the Village at'8 P..Iu1.
10. The'Board re- convened at 8:55 P.M.
11. IT. WAS. VOTED,that, the tentative budget aspresented at
the annual meeting of-the 'residents of the;Village.be recommended
to the new Board for adoption
