The following additional bills were approved for payment :' GENERAL T. G. Miller's Sons - Minute book 7.20 Harriet M. Libby, Collector - School tax 1.80 SANITATION W. D. Treasurer Guise reported a balance'of $11,124.10 as of October let.and stated'that most of the .taxes reported unpaid. at the last meeting were still unpaid. r i 7' 5. Police Commissioner Crandall reported that the two Cornell Freshmen students who were apprehended in connection with the breaking of street lights had been brought before Justice of the Peace Maxfield and fined #50 each. In addition to this, they re- imbursed the Gas & Electric Company for.the broken fixtures. It was the opinion of the Police Commissioner that the publicity given to this case would have a sobering effect on future student depredations. 6. The next meeting of the Village Trustees was set for October 11th at 7 P.M. in the office of Trustee Maxfield. 7. IT WAS VOTED that Grievance Day be held on November 16th at the schoolhouse between the hours of 5 P.M..and g P.M. IT WAS VOTED that a meeting of the Trustees would be held at 7 :30 P.M. on November 16th at the schoolhouse. 8. The meeting was adjourned at 8 :45 P.M. Clerk.
