MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Village Board held on
Monday, March 15, 1943 at 7:00 P.M. in -the Schoolhouse.

4. Treasurer Guise presented,his;financial;reporti for the year
ending February 28th indicating a,cash balance on 'that date of,;:;
06,490.55 He reported all taxes paid and total- receipts for 'the
year of #21,788-31', and toialdisbursemente 6f $21,;745
5. Engineer: Crandall reported' hat there had.been a disburbanoe
at the Pi Epsilon Pi Fraternity., ;Officer..FanZile. investigated and
found that' the se -it s' had been shooting firearms ?:`inside the building,

Manning from the University " and the two,went. back "and' "made further'
inquiry. No :arrests' were, made.'
6. The;,Clerk read a letter received ",from William Robinson,
District Engineer of the, State Department of.Public Works, in- which
he raised a question as to the.legality of stop signs erected:in .
the Village.
IT WAS VOTED to refer the matter to Trustee Shirey for,''" ",
investigation and recommendations•at the next meeting..
7. Treasurer Guise and Clerk Trousdale,were appointed
Inspectors of.Election for the annual election to be held,March 16th
between 4 and 8 P.M.
8. IT WAS VOTED that.,the annual me'eting,of, the Village:Trusteee
and the Public Hearing on the budget would,be held',oizi April'. 5th
at 7:30 P.M. ;

9. At 8 o'clock the Trustees recessed.to attend :the. annual
meeting, of the residents `of Cayuga Hdighte At 8 45 P.ld.,the:.Trustees

10. IT WAS .VOTED that the tentative budget as,'`presentedtto:
the residents of the Village be recommended ito the,.new Board'�`of_

the Village .for adoption.
11. IT WAS VOTED that #1,000 be paid at this time on the
certificate of indebtedness.
12. The meeting adjourned at 9
