MINUTES of a special meeting of the Village Board held on
Monday, October 26, 1942 at 7:30 P.M. in the office.of Trustee
Maxfield.
PRESENT: C. J. Kenerson, Mayor
Sherwood Holt, Trustee
T. B. Maxfield, Trustee
C. I. Sayles, Trustee
H. J. Shirey, Trustee
C. H. Guise, Treasurer
Carl.Crandall, Engineer
1. The Board of Trustees, meeting as a Board of Assessors,
after considering each property separately, completed the Village
Assessment Roll for the year 1943 and filed the roll with the Clerk.
2. The meeting was adjourned at 10 :30 P.M.
