Silcox for the installation of,a septic tank after he,had filed satisfactory .specifications. On this date the Board of Trustees sat for four hours, 122 1) From Harry,F. Richardson re'garding.the,assessment on the property at 402 Cayuga,Helghts,Road. Bounded .N Fried E- Cayuga Heights.Road' S Devon Road W- Devon Road The claimant was represented:by;Truman Powers who appeared in person to object to'the assessment of'#16,400,` rest- ing a reduction.. ACTION Since the Village`.Aesessors.had already reduced the assessment from 016,400 to•,014,400;;IT WAS.VOTED:;that the assessment remain unchanged.,.. 2).From Sigma Chi of Cornell Alumni' Ass 'n' regarding_ he assessment on their property at 1b6 Cayuga Heights, Road Bounded N- Walter E- Cayuga Heights Road - S- Village line W- Kline Road The claimant.was represented by Mr..Palmer. who appeared in person to object to the assessment of 068,000. ACTION: IT WAS VOTED to reduce -the assessment on.the house from 460,500 to 056,50O, making the total assessment $640000. 3) From Mrs. L. P.'Holston regarding the assessment on her property at 207 E. Upland Road. Bounded.- N- Upland Road E- Cleary & Dixon S- Kenerson W- Nevin The claimant was represented by a memorandum read .by, . the Clerk objecting to the'as,sessment of y13,000. ACTION: Since the_assessment.on this. property;was: reduced from $14,600 to 013,000 in 1939; IT WAS VOTED that `the assessment remain unchanged, 1 �09 3. IT v'AS VOTED to adopt the. following reso3ution: WHERZAS: The Village Board of Cayuga Heights, acting as Assessors of the said Village according to a resolution previously adopted, have prepared an acsessment roll for 1941 and filed it in duplicate with the.Clerk of the Village prior to November 1st, 1940 and WHEREAS: The Clerk caused a notice to.be publiched in the official newspaper of the Village and posted in five conspicuous places in the Village before November 8, 1940 a notice that the'1941., assessment roll was filed at his residence, 101L Northway Road, Cayuga Heights, New York, where it alight be seen until November 19th, 1940 and WHEMEAS: On the said 19th day of November a Grievance. Day was held and the said Board met from 6 :00 P.M. .until 10 :00 P.i:. on the said day, two persons appearing and one. letter received, and changes made as disclosed in the minutes of the said Board, now therefore be it RESOM ED that the verified with the and ordered filed N29833,935. 4.
