' N.Y.State Elec. & Gas Corp'n - April lights 138.67. ® 9• Due to the vacancy.existing on the Board resulting from the resignation of Trustee Kenerson who was elected Mayor, Mr. Sherwood Holt was nominated to-fill the.vacancy for the balance of the year 194.0- 41, -or until his successor -is elected and qualified. IT WAS VOTED that the secretary cast a unanimous ballot for Mr. Holt., 10. The time for.the next meeting was set for June 3rd at 7:30 P.M. .. 11. The meeting was.adjourned at 9 :00 P.M. Clerk. II
