' MINUTES of a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights, held on October 19, 1938 at 7:00 P.M.
at the Schoolhouse, and of the Public Hearing on the amendment
to the Parking Ordinance held from 7 :00 to 9:00 P.M. on the
same--day.

C. H. Guise, Treasurer
1. The meeting was called-to order-at 7:35 P.M.
The-Board-of Trustees, meeting as a Board of Assessors,
completed the Village assessment roll for the year 1939 and
filed the roll in duplicate with the Clerk.
2. The Clerk read the amendment�to the Parking Ordinance
and reported that no persons had appeared-at the-Public-Rearing.
IT WAS VOTED that the ordinance amendment be adopted
as read.
3. The following resolution was adopted:
The Board hereby declares the west end of Oak Hill Road
at the intersection of the Parkway to be a stop street, and
instructs the Engineer to install a suitable stop sign.
4. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
