IT WAS VOTED to•direot the Mayor, Clerk and.Treasurer to confer with the Ithaoa-Savings:Bank,relEktiv.e-to the•proposed bond issue. 8 . A letter from Delia M. Stone rel:&ting.to the road I drainage... was read adjoining her lot on the Parkwayl The matter was laid on the table until a spring�,m,eeting when conditions for remedy in the situation can be beiter studied. 9. Correspondence with Mr. Ji T. Newman was read.relativb t6 the sand.bank.area on lower Wyckoff Road. IT WAS VOTED to direct the Oommittee,reoently appointed, to arrange a meeting with Mr. Newman on the matter in the near, future. 10. Seymour Pritchard Treasurer Guise Engineer Crandall Clerk MacDonald .Professor Maynard ' 1. Professor Maynard as Chairmen of the Committee to oonfer with• Mr. J. T. Newman with regard to,the sand bank lot on lower Wyckoff Road reported with regard to a conference with Mr. T. T. Newman. The.following resolution was offered.and adopted: . RESOLVED that the Village Board accept as a gift on behalf of the Village of Cayuga Heights the.sand bank property located on lower Wyckoff Road as offered to the Village by Mr. 1. T. Newman and Mrs. M. M. Reynolds, the land.being.bgunded on the East by Sunset Park and the Kingsbury Parcel; on the South by the.north line Wyokoff.Road;.on the West.by the east line of Renwick Road, and on the North by the south line of the Stagg lot and the prolongation thereof. It being understood.that the.. Village will be furnished with the proper.deed an-d abstract of title and that no obligation is.to be.inourred by the Village with . respeot.to how or when.the property shall be improved. no MM 2. IT WAS VOTED to request the present Committee •to asoertain the attitude of the.Town Board of the.Town of Ithaoa with regard to the extension of the Village line to include the piece of land described in the foregoing aotioni the Committee to.report at a future meeting. 3. The Committee.on financing the•bond issue reported conference with the Ithaoa Savings Bank and that the matter of financing the existing certificates of indebtedness was not yet completed. 4.
