4. IT WAS VOTED that the contingency item in'the 1934.budget be.sub-
divided into.two items:

5. The engineer.reported on.the aotivities
of'the watohman' "the.
installation of traffic.
The treasurer presented his report`to October 312 1934-11 It is
attached hereto.
7. IT WAS VOTED that the Village make its contribution to the Ithaca
Fire Department of $100.00 as allowed in the budget on or before
Christmas 1934.
9. IT WAS VOTED.to instruct the Clerk to bring to the December meet-
ing the excerpts from the December 1933 meeting in regard to the
Fall taxes.
9• IT WAS VOTED to make a special order of business for the December
meeting the collection of current taxes.
10. A petition was presented from certain property owners on,Renwiok
Drive;�;IT WAS VOTED to change the name of Renwick Drive from the

Village limits to_Devbi Road. The engineer was directed to have.neor
:street signs made; to notify the Directory publishers and the Post
Office, and to notify each property owner as to the change.
' 11. IT WAS VOTED that the portion of Dev&n Road west of Cayuga Heights
Road be known as the 100 'block,r;and the portion :,east"of.Cayuga:Heights
Road be known as the 200 block with the necessary change in numbers:'
This change is to go into effect immediately.
12.' A letter was presented from Mr.' J. H.' Newman with regard to the
transfer to the Village of 8ertain property in Sunset Park offered
for park services. The Mayor was authorized to appoint a committee
to investigate whether or not'the Village should take over this
property. The Mayor announced the appointment of the following
Committee:
Maynard, Chairman
Trustee Baxter
Seymour
' Engineer Crandall
The Meeting then Adjourned.
