1, The minutes of the last previous meeting were read and approved.

4. The follaving resolution was approved:
R SOLVED: That this Board rocomm3nd to ti2e next Board the
bonding of the Village in an amount sufficient
to ta'lm care of the certificates of indebtedness
outstanding in the hands of the Ithaca Savings
Bank.
5. The resignation of Professor R.S. Stevens as Trustee and acting
Mayor was read and accented.
6. The report of Idayor L.A. L'aynard was ordered filed with the
minutes.
7. It was voted that John We L'aclonald and O.H. Guise be appointed
Clerk and Troasuror rosnoctivoly until the annual meeting of the
Board.
