1. The minutes of the last previous meeting were read and approved.
2. The following bills paid on the order of the acting Mayor were
approved:
Refund on taxes, Mary Allen, (05.00).
(See item no, 19, minutes 115734.)
Sanitation, Jan. garbage, 4.166.66.
Ig Highway, Carl Crandall, services, 1.10.00.
General Fund, State Insurance Fund, deposit premiums, 060.00.
Certificates of Indebtedness, Ithaca Savings Bank,'a2500.00,
( See item no. 13, minutes 1/15/34 ).
3. The following resolution was adonted:
RESOLVED: That the Board accept the proposals of Dr. A.G.
YacGachen, C.L. Durham and Jesse Dall with regard to
delinquent taxes as follows: DR. A.G. MacGachen to pay
020900 a month on his taxes until paid; C.L. Durham to nay
0101.48 on 'March 15, 1934, a second third of his delinquent
taxes on June 15, 1934 and the balance of his delinquent
taxes before January 1, 19354 Jesse Dall to pay his
delinquency in quarterly installments.
4. The following resolution was adonted:
R2301,1=: With regard to the Robinson -Blood delinquency
that the Board propose that one third of the delinquency
be paid by 'March 15, 1934, one third by July 1, 1934, and
the talance by January 1, 1935.
5. The last two preceding resolutions are to be in effect in lion of
item number 11 of the minutes of January 159 1934.
I 6. The report of the Village Treasurer consolidated with the 90llector'9
account from ?Barth 1, 1933 to January 31, 1934 was received, accented
and ordered filed with the minutes:

7. The following resolution wa's adopted.' pursuant to Soo:. 52 of the
Village Lawn
RSSOLVED: 'That the annual election of the Village of
Cayuga Heights ahall be held in the public school
house in the said Village on the 20th day of March,
1934, and that the polls for such election shall be
open from 4 o'alook'in the afternoon of that day until
8 o'clook in the evening thereof.
8. The following resolution vise adopteds

RESOLVED: That the notice be .sent to the residents of the
Village of Cayuga Heights of a'gendral'moeting to be held
in the school house in said Village'at',8`oIdlock P.E. on
March 5, 1934.
9. The following resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED: That a special meeting of the Board of Trustees
be held'at 7 :15 P.M. on'March 5, 1934;-in the school House
in the Village of Cayuga Heights for the purpose of
considering the tentative budget to-be presented at that
time.
10. The following resolution was adoptedt
Re'solveds That the 'acting Mayor be authorized to appoint
a nominating committee to prepare nominations for the
offices of Mayor and Trustee to be voted on at the annual
electron to be held on March '20, 1934.
11. The Mayor announced the appointment of the following budget com-
mittee:Trusteo Seymour, Treasurer Guise and Engineer CrQaniidalle
