4. A letter from Mr. Jared T. Newman.in connection with'
payment by those residents outside of the corporate limits of
the Village of the.assessments in connection with the .
auxiliary water supply system, together with.the Mayor's
reply.was reported and placed on 'file.
5.. A report was presented by.the'Clerk of- the,unpaid.
taxes and general discussion had. It was finally decided
that letters should be sent out.to the delinquents'.signed
by all of the Trustees of the Village.

Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Cayuga Heights held
on February.20th,.1933
PRESENT: L.A.Maynard,Mayor, L.C.Pritchard,A.D.Seymour,Jr., R.S.
Stevens and E.H.Wanzer.Trustees and Carl Crandall,,Engineer. .
1. The minutes of the meeting of the last "previous meeting
were approved. ,
2. The following bills paid on.the order of the Mayor since
the last regular meeting were approved':

4. A general discussion of the fiscal condition.of the
Village was had, but no no definite action taken.

5. The Mayor announced that a committee consisting of
himself, the Treasurer and the Clerk would prepare a tentative
budget to be presented at a special meeting of the Trustees to
be called before the general meeting of the citizens to:be held
on March 6th, 1933.
6. The Clerk was,instructed to communicate with the Phi
Epsilon Pi fraternity and request them to connect with the sanitary
sewer before May 1, 1933..
17. An appropriation of $100.00 was made to be paid to the
Fire Department of the City of Ithaca for services rendered.
8. The matter of contributing to the cost of the expert
engineer employed in connection with the gas rate hearing was
laid over until th next regular meeting of-the Board.
9. IT WAS
RESOLVED: That a special meeting of the Board of
Trustees be held at 7:15 P. M. on March 6th, 1933 in the School
House in the Village of Cayuga Height6 for the.purpose of
considering the tentative budget to be presented at that time.
10. It was
RESOLVED : That notice be sent to the residents
of the Village of Cayuga Heights of a general meeting to be held
in the School House in said Village at 8 o'clock P. M. on
March 6th, 1933.
11. Pursuant to Section 52 of the Village Law it was
