Hearing on Construction of Sewer West of Cayuga
Heights Road.
Present : F. A. Rogolsky,,representing Strawberry Lane Corporation;
H. Diederichs representing Mr. Hirshfeld; H. E. Whiteside,P.rofessor
Knudson and Mr. Simmons.
It was reported by L. N. Simmons that John Young had called him
and stated that he was no longer concerned with the construction of
the sewer as.it had been necessary for him to reconstruct his septic
tank.
The other property owners present felt that it was not advisable
at the present time to expend the necessary funds for building this
sewer.
Adjourned.

3. The following bills were audited and ordered paid :

4. The following resolution on the death•of Trustee Elmer H.
Wanzer was unanimously adopted

The Clerk was requested to prepare a copy of this resolution
for signature by all of the Trustees and to sep that the same is
delivered to Mrs. Wanzer.
5. An audit of the records of the Treasurer and Clerk of the Village
from March 1, 1932 to October 31, 1933 was reported.
6. It was duly moved and carried that provision be made in next
year's budget for the cost of an audit for that year.
7. It was duly moved and carried that the account of the Clerk and
the Treasurer be consolidated into one account.
8. The Clerk was authorized to accept one -half the amount of any
delinquent taxes on or before January 1st with the understanding that
the remaining delinquencies will be paid before the end of the present
fiscal year.
9. It was also duly moved and carried that interest at the rate of
6% shall be charged on all delinquent taxes after January 31st, 1934.
10. Authority was given for the payment of $1,000'to the County of
Tompkins and for the transfer of $1,000 from the Contingency Fund to
the Triphammer Road Account.
11. Mrs. Harriet M. Libby was duly appointed Registrar of Vital
Statistics for the Village of Cayuga Heights for the term ending
December 31st, 1937.
