Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga Heights called for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on
the Budget of the Village for the ensu-
ing year, and for the adoption of such
Budget.
May 1, 1933, 7:30 P. M.
PRESENT :
L. A. Maynard, Mayor
Leon C. Pritchard, Trustee
A. D. Seymour, Jr., Trustee
R. S. Stevens, Trustee
E. H. Wanzer, Trustee.
• No one appeared for the consideration of the Budget and at
8:30 the public hearing was closed and the Board called to
order to consider the Budget of the Village for the ensuing year. .
1. It was
RESOLVED That the Budget recommended by the Board,
acting as a committee of the whole, at the meeting on April 17th,
be adopted and the rate of tax assessment established for the
year at five mills ($.005).
