The matter of the Board of Town Assessors was discussed and it was expressed as the consensus of the Board that one of the assessors on the Board should be from the Village of Cayuga Heights and the Clerk was requested to check into the political aspects of this matter and see whether it was advisable to make an effort to elect an assessor from the Village territory next Fall. 5. Mr. John Young appeared before the Board and requested that consideration be given for the building of that section of the Village sewer west of Cayuga Heights Road. It was moved and carried that the installation of the sewer system west of Cayuga Heights Road be considered for next year and a meeting of.the property owners in that locality be called some time next Fall to ascertain their attitude on the.construction of this section of the sewage system. . 6. The matter of entering into a new contract with the New York State Electric & Gas Corporation for street lighting was discussed and was referred with power to a committee consisting of Trustee Stevens and the Clerk. 7. A communication from Mrs. R. W. Sailor was discussed and it was expressed as the consensus of the Board that a street light should be installed at the intersection of Triphammer Road and Iroquois Road. The installation of this light was referred to the committee in charge of the lighting contract. 8. The Engineer was authorized to go ahead with the street and highway work in the Village to the extent provided for in the budget of the Village heretofore adopted. Adjourned. Clerk r. a P
