Minutes- 4/17/1933275 ANNUAL ELECTION At the Annual Election for the Village of Cayuga Heights held on the 21st day of March, 1933, the total number of citizens .voting was seven. Professor R. S. Stevens and Mr. E., H, Wanzer were elected as Trustees of the Village, each for a term of two years and each to succeed himself. Regular Annual Meeting of the Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights held at 8 P. M. on April 3rd, 1933. Owing to the fact that there were not a sufficient number of Trustees present to constitute a quorum, this meeting was adjourned to 7:30 P. M., Monday, April 17th, 1933. Clerk Regular Adjourned Annual Meeting of the Trustees of the Village of Cayuga Heights held at 7:30 P. M., in the Village School House on April 17th, 1933. 0 PRESENT L. A. Maynard, Mayor Leon C. Pritchard, Trustee A. D. Seymour, Jr., Trustee R.-S. Stevens, Trustee- E. H. Wanzer, Trustee. 1. The minutes of the last previous meeting were read and, approved. 2. L. N. Simmons was appointed Clerk of the Village for the ensuing year at a salary of $300.00 a year. 3. A. J. Heinicke was appoi ted Treasurer of the Village for the ensuing year. 4. Carl Crandall was appoin ed Engineer and Zoning Officer of the Village for the ensuing year. 0 276 5. E. H. Wanzer was appointed Acting Mayor of the Village for the ensuing year in the absence of Mayor Maynard. 6. It was RESOLVED : That the Ithaca Journal -News be and hereby is designated as the official newspaper of the Village of Cayuga Heights. 7. It was RESOLVED That the Board of Trustees of the. Village of Cayuga Heights act as the assessors therefor for the fiscal year 1933 -34. 8. It -was RESOLVED That the First National Bank of Ithaca, N. Y., be designated as the depository for the.Village , funds held by A. J. Heinicke as Treasurer of the Village, and_ "},: the Ithaca Trust Company be designated as depository for those',-' held by L. N. Simmons as Clerk and Collector. 9. The matter of securing bonds for the Clerk and Treasurer was left with the Mayor and the Clerk with power to determine the amount of said bonds.. 10. The bill of L. N. Simmons of $50.00 for-service's as Attorney for the Village in connection with the gas rate case was approved and ordered paid. 11. A committee consisting of the Mayor; the Engineer and the" Clerk was appointed to take such action as they might deem advisable in connection with the complaints made by Mrs. Sailor.concerning the nocturnal visitors to the territory adjacent to her residence. 13.
