After consideration.of the.new auxiliary water supply system the following assessments were made against the.proper.ties along Triphammer Road benefitted by the7new main laid along that road 269 Name of Owner Frontage on Proposed Triphammer Road Assessment Eleusis Alumni Corporation 3001 $150. In this oonnection,it was RESOLVED :.That.the.owners of the above properties be allowed to pay.the assessments.in five equal annual installments with interest charged at the rate, of 5% after March lst,'1933, with a provision that if a house or other structure'is built, upon any of these properties and connected with the..water main, _that all unpaid installments'of:this assessment shall immediately become due and payable. 5. The Mayor was authorized to expend not`more than $50.00 for legal services for representation for the Village at the gas rate hearing to beheld on January.6, 1933. 6. A report was made by the.Clerk concerning the uncollected taxes and assessments in the Village,and it was RESOLVED.: That the Treasurer of the Village be authorized to sell the property assessed to C. J. Swartwood located at the corner of The Parkway and E. Upland Road, to collect the sum of $362.80 taxes and assessments now due and unpaid on this property, and.that the Clerk of the Village be and hereby is instructed to take such action as in his opinion may be necessary for the prompt collection of the current unpaid taxes and assessments. 7.
