Regular Meeting of the Board of :Trustees
of the Village of Cayuga Heights
. held on December 10th,1928.
Present

The minutes of the meeting of November 19th; 1928, were deferred
until the next meeting of the Board.
The following bills were presented and duly ordered paid`:
GENERAL FUND

The Clerk was instructed'to write the M. E. Moran Company request-
ing it to repair the street on Triphammer Road and E. Upland Road at they
earliest opportunity where they have been torn up due to the hauling
of dirt.
The P..D. Conley Construction Company bill was authorized to be
paid in an amount of $9,000.00, the remainder of the account to be
held until the work has been completed to the satisfaction of the
Village..
The matter of having the gutter at the- junction `of the'Parkway and
Highland Road repaired.was referred to.'Trustee Garrett,with power.
The Mayor was authorized to request Engineer Carl Crandall to
determine the street boundaries on WyckoWd just below Overlook Rd Adjourned
