1928.

.The minutes;of the-last previous, meeting, were read for information.
On motion duly had the following bills were.audited and - ordered paid
GENERAL FUND.'.
Frank H. Utter; Deputy:Sheriff. -.- - - - $7.00
HIGHWAY FUND
Carl, Services as Engineer.
Treasurer of'Tompkins County,,Highway Tax - ..122.37 .
Thb.bill,of.the Moran.Construction Company for oil furnished the
Village was presented and,an explanation made by Mayor.Williams.that thee,
it was an error in.the,bill. Payment-:of this bill was approved,;
however, at such time_as this error may be corrected.
A deed -from the adjacent property owners on Iroquois noad,extending
from the Parkway to.Highland Avenue was presented and.it was voted to
accept- this,deed..when it had been corrected to.restrict the'release of
title by,the Village.to.the property.adjacent to.Iroquois'Rd.
f On motion duly had it was voted that the Village.of Cayuga.Heights
ow on bonds or other obligations of the.Village a.sum of money not to
ed,$20,000. for the purpose'of improving E. Upland Koad,..Ir6quois Road,
Hill Road and Oak Hill Place, according to'specifications prepared by
neer Carl Crandall.
The Clerk was requested to notify Professor J. F.,kason that.the
Village will,expect him to so.protect the walk along his property that the
recent fill made by.him will not wash down on the walk, and also that.such
portion of the walk'as has been broken by the trucks carrying the fill
shall be replaced.,,.
On motion duly had the general scheme -of the rearrangement and reloca -,
tion of Vdyckoff.;. Road below Cayuga Heights Road as recently. made by
Mr. Jared T. Newman was approved..
Trustee Wilson via appointed a committee of. one to take up with:mr.`
Jared T. Newman the ouestion Par g in Sunset Park.
