e Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cayuga'Heights held on
May 14th, 1928.
Present :
W. L. Williams, Mayor
W. A. Hagan, Trustee,

The minutes of the meeting of April 9th, 1928, were read and
approved.
It was decided that the Street Commissioner should proceed with
smoothing and oiling the Parkway and White Park Road. Estimates are
to be obtained for the work and if the Moran Company can'get the price
which can be obtained by purchasing the oil through th9City of Ithaca,
it was the consensus that the contract should be given to this company.
Mayor Williams reported that he had had a conference with Mr.
McPherson in regard to obtaining assistance for making assessments
in the Village, but that no definite decision was made.
The Mayor reported that he had had complaint from the Ithaca
Traction Company that small boys were annoying the motormen on the
Heights trolley and that he had taken action through the Sheriffts
Office to prevent the occurrence of this annoyance.

Trustee Wilson gave a preliminary report concerning the investiga-
tions of the sewer committee stating that although a definite
conclusion had not' as yet been reached it appeared as though it would
be- advisable to connect a sewer of the Village with the City line.
Authority was given the Clerk to prepare and have printed ',necessary
' affidavits for attaching to bills presented to the Village.
