Regular Meeting-.,of the Board of Trustees
March 3rd, 1928.

The minutes of the meeting of February 13th, 1928, were read
and approved.
The following bill was approved for payment
LIGHT FUND
N.Y.State Gas & Electric Corporation - February lights -- $64.00
There was a discussion and final approval of the report to be
given by the Mayor to the residents of the Village..
Upon motion duly made and seconded it was determined to request
Charles A. Brewer to audit the accounts of the Treasurer of the Village
for the past fiscal year.
✓ A letter from Mr. Jared T. Newman concerning the extension of
the water system in the Village without permission from the Board of
Public Works of the City of Ithaca was read and placed on file.
It was decided that a temporary sign should be constructed for
Northway Road to be used until more street signs are ordered for the
Village.
It was resolved that the next annual election of the Village
of Cayuga Heights will be held at the School House in such Village
between the hours of four and eight o'clock in the afternoon of
Tuesday, March 20th.
