There was an extended discussion of the plans for sewerage
disposal of the Village.and on motion duly made Trustees Garrett
and Wilson were appointed a committee'of two to take up with
Professor Sawdon or any others having knowledge of.sewage problems,
the question of the best sanitary engineer to employ to make the
Ipreliminary survey of.the Village.
There was.a discussion of tZe improvement of the streets of
the Village and on motion duly�ade the.Clerk.was instructed to.
request Engineer Carl Crandall to prepare specifications and.
estimates for.the improvement of East.Upland Road from the Parkway
to Triphammer Road, and Iroquois Road.from.the Parkway to Highland
Road; this work to be done along the same lines as the improvement
to the Parkway.

On motion duly made the Clerk was also instructed to
request Engineer Carl Crandall to make a survey and prepare
estimates and specifications for the improvement of Oakhill
Road and Oakhill Place, this•improvement to include a storm sewer
extending across Triphammer Road, and the general improvement to
follow the same general plans as the improvement to the Parkway.
The question of the parking of automobiles in front of
the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity on-Highland Road.was discussed and
it was decided that the Mayor should take up the question with
the State Police and ask that the state law be enforced.
,On motion duly made Trustees Wiegand and Hagan and Treasurer
Heinicke were appointed a committee to prepare a.tentative budget
for the coming fiscal year of the Village.
On motion duly L. N. Simmons was appointed Clerk for the
ensuing year and Professor Heinicke was appointed Treasurer for
the same.period, each to succeed themselves, and A. G. Hurlburt
was reappointed as Village Road Commissioner.
The following report of the Treasurer for the past fiscal
year as'presented to the citizens was hereby made a part of the
records of the Village
