1. That the sewer so constructed shall be an eight inch main.
2. That upon completion of the construotion*B. H. Wan zer shall file
with the Village Board: (a) a statement of its boat, (b) a list of
property oweners contributing to its cost and the share borne by
each.
3. That the Board shall be consulted in any future arrangements
that are made by fir. wanzer whereby other property owenere in the

Moved and oarried.that, in view of the fact that the Board has
specified 8 inch sewer to provide for, future needs of the Village
in place of the 6 inch sewer originally proposed by Idr. Wanzer, the
Board recommends at the next annual meeting of the Village that the.
Village.Board'be authori„ed to pay the additional cost of the 8 inch

is informed will be approximately :'300 .
Moved and carried that the Clerk be.direated: (a) to communicate
the contents of the foregoing resolution and motion to Mr. wanzer
and request his agreement to the conditions stated in the resolution:
(b) to inform Mr. wanzer that the Board cani;ot assume the respons-
ibility suggested in his letter of Ju16 29 of "Not allowing others
to connect with the same (sewer) without reimbursing said original
parties in proportion to the cost plus interest from the time of con-
struction", and further that it would regard any charge for interest
as improper, but it believes that Mr. Wanzer is adequately protected
by-law in the matter in view of the following opinion from Newman &
Newman: "It would seem that no other parties would have a right to use
this private sewer except upon terms made with the owners thereof,
until such time as the village takes it over and makes it a part of
the village system ".
