Moved and carried that -the clerk as collector collect, in ad-
dition to the taxes, one,cent on every dollar or sum less than.a
dollar as his fee, and that he be entitled to receive and collect,
on taxes remaining unpaid after 20 days.from. notice, 5% as his,fee.
A letter from Prof. Bentley raising questions as t'o the paving,.
of•the Parkway was read by President Williams. The, latter. stated
that as a result of a conference with 11r. Bentley the plans. of .the.
Engineer were accepted by ISr: Bentley as satisfactory.

Minutes.of meetings held May 9,' 11 and 20 were read and ap-
proved.
Idoved and carried that the aotion of LIay 20 instructing the
clerk as collector to collect 1% of every dollar of taxes ae hia
fee be rescinded -
Moved and carried that the Village Clerk be given a salary
of X100 for the year 1927 -28 in consideration of hia extra duties
as collector.
Upon mention duly made and seconded the following bills were
approved and charged to the accounts named:
