Moved and carried; that the.Board advertise for bids for the
improvement of Parkway from Upland to north village'line..in ac =,
cordanoe with specifications drawn up by Cail.Crandall, engineer,,
the bids to be delivered not later than 7:30 p.m., May;ll, 1927.
Upon motion duly made and seconded,the•following bills were

Notice of Meeting to Hear Complaints
Take Notice: The assessors of the Village of Cayuga Heights
have prepared their assessment -roll for the current year; that
a copy thereof will be deposited with the village clerk, at his
office , in Such village on the 26th day of April, next, where
it may be seen and examined by any person until the first 'Tues-
day in May, next, and that on such day, at the School House, be-
tween the hours of 3:30 in the afternoon and 7:30 in the after-
noon, the said assessors will meet for the purpose of completing
such assessment -roll and of hearing and determining complaints
in relation thereto, on the application of any person conceiving
himself aggrieved thereby.
