Village of Cayuga Heightd
Regular Meeting May 8, 1924.
Present: C. H. Myers, President
Dwight Sanderson, Trustee
C. K. Burdick, Trustee
R. A. Mordoff, Treasurer
Voted to apply $30.00 check received from C. L. Durham on
his account with the village after deducting interest on the
principle from September 10, 1923 0 6 %, the-afore-mentioned being
in accordance with the suggestion oontained in his letter of
April 30, 1924.
Voted that the following bills be approved and ordered paid

from the
Highway Fund
' Cornell University - Drayage of tile ................ 47.00
Voted to grant J. T. Newman permission to change the grade
on that portion of Wyckoff Road below the Cayuga Heights Road
and between this last mentioned road and the west line of the
.village.
Voted to levy a tax of nine mills for the coming year on
the basis of the budget presented by the president.
